Dr Helen Peterson
is a Senior Lecturer at Gothenburg University Sweden and Co-Director of the WHEM Network.
Her fields of research include studies on women managers in higher education, gender and career in the STEM field and the career mobility of junior researchers.
She is currently conducting a project on the recruitment of Vice Chancellors: ‘From Rector Magnificus to Strategic Manager. Changing Management Ideals in Swedish Higher Education’, financed by the Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research.
